Brooke becker

Founder & Lead creative producer (she/her)

Brooke Becker is a multi-hyphenate filmmaker, actor, & creative based in Los Angeles. She is best known for her roles in projects such as Hulu’s The Dropout, HBO Max’s Head of the Class, and Freeform’s Grown-Ish. She was a staff writer and recurring on the award-winning television show Parallel from Seasick Studios which is currently streaming on Prime Video.

In addition to over a decade of writing and producing for screen, social media, and brands, Brooke has over seven years of experience in social media management and strategy development for high-profile individuals and brands in entertainment.

Brooke completed production on the short film Thin Air in 2025 which she wrote, directed, and produced and is in development with an original series under the same title with Citizen Skull Productions. She holds a degree in English from Loyola Marymount University.

delaney sharpe

Founder & Creative Producer, head of client services (SHE/THEY)

Delaney Sharpe is a Los Angeles-based creative, actor, and writer. Originally from Colorado, Delaney has written several produced plays, including Emily Dickinson is Dead at the Aurora Fox Theater and her directorial debut, adaptation: Harrison Burgeon.

After moving to L.A., Delaney began editorial work collaborating with photographers as both a model and art director, producing vibrant and surreal photographs as published in Elegant Magazine. Further art direction endeavors led to production design for genre content including Thin Air and You Know the Drill, music videos, and commercial work. During the 2020 lockdowns, her efforts moved to narrative podcast work with Project Outbreak.

Acting credits include short films Reputation and Artefact, and feature film Army and Coop streaming on Prime Video.

    Gina Simone

    PRODUCER / DIRECTOR (she/her)

    Gina Simone’s award-winning narrative work as a producer and director spans film, commercial and television. A member of the DGC and proud dual citizen of Canada and Malta, Gina is passionate about uniting the globe with stories that resonate.

    Most recently, Gina worked with George R.R. Martin on a slate of shorts including The Ugly Chicken, directed several music videos, a string of commercials for clients including Subaru and Doritos, and film & TV work in both the United States and Canada.

    Her documentary film Dark Highway is currently running the festival circuit.

    Steven Busby

    DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY (he/him)

    Steven Busby is a Los Angeles- based cinematographer with over a decade of experience in the field and a lifelong passion for visual storytelling.

    Drawn to the power of images to shape emotion and meaning, his focus is on crafting cinematic visuals that serve the story first and foremost. Steven takes great pride in collaboration and enjoys working closely with directors, writers, and fellow creatives to translate ideas into compelling imagery.

    Through a thoughtful, narrative-driven approach, he strives to help bring meaningful and memorable stories to the screen. He also loves his three cats.

    Zenzéle Moore-Ysaguirre

    DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY / DIRECTOR (she/her)

    Zenzelé is an Afro-Latina artist skilled in cinematography and photography, driven by storytelling that explores identity and the human experience. Her work has been featured in the International Center of Photography in NYC, the Huntington Library in Pasadena, CA and various film festivals. She holds a BA in Cinema and Media Studies from USC's School of Cinematic Arts.

    Zenzelé embraces unconventional creativity to challenge narratives about Black and Brown communities, aiming to create inclusive, truthful, and transformative art. Through the art of cinematography, Zenzelé loves capturing stories that are intimate, imaginative, and liberating. She also uses her cinematography to evoke emotion, document moments in history, and above all else inspire others with nuanced cinematic storytelling.

    Zen has worked internationally in Ethiopia, Mexico, Australia, and throughout Europe, and has collaborated with talent including Elaine Weltrroth, Doechii, Wunmi Mosaku, and Marsai Martin, as well as companies such as Louis Vuitton, StayMACRO, TDE, Nike, Cross Colors and Neutrogena.

    Natasha Frank

    COMPOSER (she/her)

    Natasha Frank is a London-born, Los Angeles–based composer known for her bold, contemporary musical voice. Her work includes Queerbait (dir. Nate Gualtieri), a Netflix-backed project executive produced by Cate Blanchett, and Achiever, which premiered at the 2026 SXSW Film Festival. Her score for The Bank Yank earned a 2026 Best Feature Score nomination at Idyllwild, while her scores for Some Kind of Paradise and Deep Into the Forest both premiered at Tribeca to strong critical acclaim.

    A BMI Composer Award recipient and two-time BAFTA Scholar, Natasha has also contributed to major productions including One Piece, The Exorcist: Believer, and Death Stranding 2. She has worked on productions for major studios and platforms including Sony, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Disney+, and Meta.

    Skye Schoenhoeft

    DIRECTOR / GAFFER (they/she)

    Skye Schoenhoeft is an LA-based writer, director, and gaffer with a degree from UCLA in Film and Television Directing. Their work studies sense of place, queerness, and memory.

    Skye has received two National Student Emmy awards and screened work in renowned festivals, including The Mill Valley Film Festival, NFFTY, and Reel Loud.

    Donnie Mathias is a film and video editor from Orange County, California with a lifelong passion for film, literature, and all kinds of visual art.

    He excels at creative edits and VFX work, and is known for projects such as Parallel streaming on Prime Video, award-winning I Am A Gentleman, and Above The Line starring Cedric the Entertainer.

    He is excited for every opportunity to assist others with their vision by piecing the puzzle together.

    Trevor Hazell

    GRAPHIC DESIGNER (he/him)

    Trevor Hazell is an artist and writer in Los Angeles. A graduate of Colorado Film School with a degree in Writing and Directing for Film, he has developed his craft around telling genre stories.

    As an artist, he enjoys illustration, developing characters, and creating comics & graphic novels. His art and film passions have converged with work crafting film posters, pitch decks, and concept art.

    He has also art designed for several film and stage productions, including his directorial debut of The Pillowman at Denver’s Avenue Theatre.
