TYPICAL BUDGET: $2,500–$6,000 (varies by project) This package is designed for those who want to focus on the creative while we handle the legal, logistical, compliance, and production elements required to produce a short project safely and legally in California under the banner of Black Ribbon Productions.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Production insurance, payroll administration, and providing workers’ compensation as required by California law.

  • Filing of all SAG-AFTRA agreement paperwork (if applicable) and ensuring production is compliant.

  • Collection, tracking, and organization of all cast and crew contracts and ensuring all NDAs, appearance releases, and deal memos are properly executed.

  • Management of permit applications.

  • On-set safety oversight.

  • Creative support (optional, included).

  • Crew recommendations (optional, included).

STANDARD PRODUCTION PACKAGE

TYPICAL BUDGET: $6,000–$20,000 (varies by project) This turnkey package is designed for businesses, artists, and filmmakers who want hands-on, comprehensive production services under the banner of Black Ribbon Productions.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Everything in our Short Project Services Package.

  • Pre-production services as desired (creative conception, directing, casting, production schedule creation, wardrobe and art department planning, etc).

  • Production services as desired (crew, high-end cinema camera package, full G&E package, professional audio, on-set BTS photography, for 1-3 shoot days depending on project scope).

  • Post-production services as required (1-2 hero edits, multiple aspect ratios for various platforms, color grade for commercial finish, audio design & mix, scoring, 2 rounds of adjustments).

COMPREHENSIVE PRODUCTION PACKAGE
